SVT'S annual benefit fundraiser, Party on the Vanguard promises to be one of the hottest, artsiest, shebang in Austin this year. Come celebrate our one year anniversary as a venue on Austin's burgeoning east-side! Entertainment from: Tina Marsh of Creative Opportunity Orchestra, Peter Stopschinski of Golden Hornet Project, Bill Meadows experimental music with CHURCH OF THE FRIENDLY GHOST, Ellen Bartel from Spank Dance, TROUBLE PUPPET COMPANY, Austin Video Bee, a live art installation by Sean Ripple, Paul Moncos, and William Hundley. Austin poet Hilary Thomas. MC Shannon McCormick will also give you a sneak peak at SVTs next show UNBEATEN (featuring music by Graham Reynolds). Cool raffle, silent auction, caricature drawings, photobooth, DJ Manateeman ends the night with a dance party... What more can you ask for? Really?
