[ The 2004 Salvage Vanguard Labor Party ]
Now is the time to celebrate the change that is leading towards a brighter future, made possible through a united Salvage Vanguard Labor Party! Every man, woman, and child who values the arts and the artists who make the arts must attend! Only Strength through Unity will achieve the party line: NO STARVING ARTISTS!!
On Saturday, August 28 at 7:30 PM join the Salvage Vanguard Labor Party at ALLGO. We'll have a cash bar, a silent auction beyond your wildest dreams, and previews of our upcoming shows, including the world premieres of Death of a Cat by C. Denby Swanson and Graham Reynolds' new opera Genghis Khan.
Show your solidarity in the struggle by honoring Salvage Vanguard Theater's handpicked next Resident Company Members: actress Lee Eddy (of Fugitive Pieces and Cry Pitch Carrolls fame) and designer Chase Staggs (designer of SVT's productions of tempOdyssey and Know Dog), and by welcoming SVT's new sponsored projects: Spank Dance Co., Gnap Theatre Co., The Dionysium, and Golden Hornet Project.
All proceeds from the Labor Party go to pay the artists who will create the productions over the next twelve months. There's no cover charge, just donate as you wish! So, say "YES" to the Party revolution and say "NO" to starving artists!
