At the moment, I have the office entirely to myself. Etta is in Mexico drinking authentic margaritas in celebration of her wedding anniversary. (Fifth, is it?) It doesn’t look like Jason’s made it in himself and I’m guessing that he’s working at home for a bit.

This is fine by me.

I can pump up my iTunes and listen to Popshopping Volume 2 as loud as I please and sing along even though I don’t know the words.

The office is actually very peaceful and conducive to work. No windows to look outside and watch time pass as you sit at your desk. Attractive track lighting. Stacks of CDs that create a sort of gazing pool reflection on the wall.

Man. There’s a bunch of CDs here. 22 spindles. Giant spindles. Why do we have so many CDs? Hm. Maybe Etta can tell me when she comes back and dries up.

Ten days until the Nemesis Trilogy starts.

Oh crap.

TEN DAYS.

I need to go do some marketing work.
